One of the purposes of the Foundation is to provide the vehicle for the community to help achieve that goal. New For 2021
The 2020 CARES Act passed by Congress has made some significant changes affecting charitable giving this year. Those changes include a new charitable deduction available to individual taxpayers who do not itemize their deductions, which allows for a charitable donation of up to $600 per individual. The CARES Act also waives the requirement for many IRA holders to take a minimum distribution by the end of the year.
